Pepper is known as the “KING of SPICES” for it’s sheer volume of World Trade. Black pepper is the dried, unripe berry of the vinous plant. Grades of Black Pepper are determined by regions they grown in- like Tellichery, Malabar, Alleppy, Lampong, Saigon, Penang and Singapore.  India Pepper grows in MALABAR & TELLICHERRY that are considered top qualities due to size & maturity. Whole peppercorns keep their flavour indefinitely but quickly loses its aroma and heat after it has been ground. Peppercorns are very hard but easily ground in a peppermill. It Stimulates the taste-buds causing reflex stimulation of gastric secretions, improving digestion and treating gastro-intestinal upsets and flatulence. Pepper calms nausea and raises body temperature, making it valuable for treating fevers and chills.
